Workshop Description

This half-day program provides senior and middle managers with the information they need to begin to develop more successful projects within their organization. Participants assess their organization's project effectiveness maturity level. They also assess how well they are doing within the seven key areas for project success: management commitment, effective PM method, project steering, project sponsorship, optimized deliverables process, horizontal alignment and accountability. Participants will learn key concepts such as the proper function of a project office, the skills/characteristics critical to successful project leadership, how business processes relate to projects, how successful projects are structured, and the key roles necessary for managing projects effectively.

The workshop is participative in nature. It can be extended to one day for more comprehensive discussion and assessment activities.This workshop is led by specially trained and certified GTG Trainers.
