Project Management of Six Sigma Projects

Workshop Description

This one-day workshop explores how to manage a Six Sigma project. It is hands-on and participative, with practical small group exercises and minimal lecturing. The Project Management Memory Jogger™ and The Memory Jogger II™ are included in the workshop tuition. This workshop integrates project management concepts with Six Sigma, from Planning through Closeout. The Introduction to Six Sigma workshop is a pre-requisite, unless you are already familiar with Six Sigma.

  • Create a Six Sigma project plan, as well as monitor and close out a project
  • Identify the differences between Business Process Management and Operations and Project Management
