Problem Solving: A Pathway to Greater Efficiency

Workshop Description

If you need to manage a problem-solving project, then this is the workshop for you. You'll learn the five-stage DAS/IR (Define, Analyze, Select, Implement, Review) approach to problem solving including all the tools you'll need to define the problem, analyze the causes and select the solution. You'll also learn how to pilot and monitor the solution, and standardize the results you've achieved.

An optional third day is spent on learning TGTG CORE Project Management™ method, as described in the Project Management Memory Jogger™. You'll learn key project management skills, and tools such as writing a charter, writing a scope description, creating a work breakdown structure, developing a deliverables schedule and more. The tools and techniques you'll learn are practiced using a problem solving case study.
