Workshop Description

This one-day workshop introduces Six Sigma to the beginner. It is hands-on and participative, with practical small group exercises and minimal lecturing. The Project Management Memory Jogger™ and The Memory Jogger II™ are included in the workshop tuition. This workshop is a pre-requisite to the Project Management of Six Sigma Projects workshop, unless you are already familiar with Six Sigma.

You Will Learn How To

  • Define Six Sigma, and where it should be applied
  • Explain DMAIC, which are the stages of the Six Sigma Life Cycle
  • Describe the relationship between Six Sigma and Project Management
  • Correctly apply the tools of Six Sigma to real-life situations
